Kaiwahine Village, an affordable LEED for Homes community, will be located at the mauka end of Kaiwahine Street and the Hale Pi’ilani subdivision. The 120 unit community will consist of 64 two bedroom units and 56 three bedroom units for families with incomes at 60% or less of the average median income of the County of Maui. On-site amenities will include a community center with services and on-site management, tot lots, picnic areas, laundry facilities and ample on-site parking. Units will have energy star appliances, hard surface flooring, solar water heating, water wise plumbing fixtures and ceiling fans throughout.
